it is so cool looking...that's terrible the city didn't lift a finger to preserve it.
I know! The poor little guy.
They seem to claim that they wanted to but forgot. I don't know that that's a whole lot better, but I'm trying to convince myself that they didn't do it on purpose.
He was put there in 2003. I suppose 7 years is a pretty good run for a little ally rat. :)
